Caprese Avocado Toast with Nashville’s Whiskey Hound Bourbon Barrel Smoked Peppercorn

2 Slices grainy whole grain sliced bread
¼ Sliced and halved fresh Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese
1 Ripe Avocado
¼ Medium Ripe Tomato, sliced (6 slices)
Balsamic Vinegar Glaze in the squeeze bottle
A Pepper Grinder filled with Nashville Whiskey Hound’s Bourbon Barrel Smoked
Toast the bread for crunchiness and firmness
Spread Avocado liberally on both slices of toast
Place tomato slices for optimal coverage of toast
Place Cheese pieces over tomato
