This is a true Bourbon BBQ Sauce, made with locally sourced ingredients.  Only 6 ingredients, featuring Bourbon are second in proportion, compared to other sauces where Bourbon is at the end of a long list of ingredients.
 
The scorpion pepper stings right away but allows the bourbon-forward flavor to remain prominent.  This sauce has a smooth citrus balance between sweet and tang.
 
Eggs, brisket, pulled pork and BBQ chicken all beg for this to make them delicious.  Don't forget this makes a great BBQ burger sauce and when spread on a pizza crust with cheese and shredded meats a BBQ pizza with a sting!  Let's be honest, meatloaf could use some waking up too so pour some on that too.
