SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to ship your products as early in the week as possible to ensure all deliveries are complete before the weekend to prevent products from sitting in a warehouse, where temperatures are not controlled. Orders received on Friday thru Sunday are normally held and mailed on the following Monday unless other arrangements have been made with us. If a Friday or Saturday delivery is requested, we strongly encourage USPS Priority Mail Express/Overnight or UPS Express shipping. Some cities do not offer Saturday delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

 

We do not ship on holidays.

Shipping Options:

We know shipping costs can be expensive. We want our products to reach you in a condition for your optimal enjoyment. We use USPS Priority (1 to 3 Day Delivery), USPS Priority Mail Express/Overnight, and UPS Ground and UPS Express shipping options for all our deliveries. Packages shipped will have a tracking number. You will be able to monitor the progress of your order. 

If you are shipping whiskey balls to a warm climate of 70 degrees or higher, we highly recommend the Priority Mail Express/Overnight or UPS Express shipping option. We realize you have shipping options at checkout, our recommendations are made for the product to reach you in the best condition for optimal enjoyment.

 

Nashville's Whiskey Hound cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries, due to inclement weather, incorrect shipping address details, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Please pick the shipping option that best fits your delivery needs.

Processing Orders for Shipment: 

Once the order is received, it generally takes 1-2 business days to process your request, unless you have requested Same Day pick up. If you have chosen the Priority Mail Express/Overnight or UPS Express option, these orders will be prioritized over other shipments. Special order requests are best handled by calling 615-351-3169, Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Calls after 5 pm, will be addressed the following day. 

REFUND POLICY

Since these are perishable products, all sales are Finale
