This well-balanced rub has some sweet, exotic spices like cardomom and some turbinado sugar for a tiny bit of sweetness. It is mild and suited for those that shy away from heat and spice.
This is great on all meats; sprinkle liberally prior to however you are cooking. You need to try this on your brussel sprouts as well; it tames the slight cabbagy bitterness.
